Meet our team!
Brodie has been married to KeyWatcher Australia for close to 10 years and has proven true dedication to not just his role but to the team around him! Brodie manages the KeyWatcher Australia warehouse, controls shelf stock and oversees all system commissioning and assembly and has a significant amount of knowledge around how the KeyWatcher solution works.
Rhys brings a whole lot of technical experience to our tech team. This attention to listening and delivering a positive customer experience has proven him a valuable team member of KeyWatcher Australia.
Melissa keeps us all honest at KeyWatcher Australia. Mel brings a smile to the office and always has a story to tell while keeping the conversation moving. Mel oversees everything Accounting for the company and has done so for more than 4 years and the rest of the team couldn't function without her input. if there is ever an issue with an Invoice or a Purchase Order, it will likely be Mel that will take care of things....
With years of experience in telecommunications, customer service, and technical support, Chris is here to make sure you get the help you need with a calm and friendly approach. He's committed to providing excellent service, ensuring your experience with us is smooth and hassle-free.
Josh is our resident CTO. Formerly a Senior Technical lead at one of Australia’s largest banks, Josh brings a wealth of experience to the KeyWatcher team in deploying multiple projects at the one time. Coupled with experience in scoping multiple vendors together in the one direction at the one time – Josh and the excellent team of technicians at KeyWatcher are the reason KeyWatcher is the preferred electronic Key Management solution in the Australian NZ market.
Gary has been involved with KeyWatcher Australia for more than 10 years. If you've ever spoken to anyone from our team, it would be more than likely you've crossed paths with Gary at least once or twice. Known amongst his work colleagues as 'Uncle' Gary, he has seen significant changes in the electronic key management world since he started working with the KeyWatcher product and has an intimate understanding on how the solution works and how to best support the product. Gary oversees all of the companies service and support requirements.
Rocco brings many years of industry experience to the company and understands best practice around how key management fits inside the Security world. Rocco can help with identifying how the KeyWatcher product would best fit within your organisation and can highlight how various third party interfaces may improve overall key management.
Sandra is renowned amongst the KeyWatcher team for crossing ‘t’s and dotting all of the ‘i’s. Every team has one! An eye for detail and a passion to understand and meet our customer’s needs, ensure that nothing is missed by the KeyWatcher team in securing your keys with the KeyWatcher.
Matt has 25 years of experience in building businesses. An accountant by trade, but now loves building teams to distribute great products to market. And KeyWatcher is a great product!
With 3+ years of intimate experience with the KeyWatcher solution, Ryan understands best practice around successful key management and is driven to provide our clients with a smooth installation and deployment experience. Ryan is ultimately responsible for delivering every KeyWatcher that the company sells.
With a strong technical background in sales, Joey understands the challenges faced with poor key management, particularly in the facilities and fleet management space. 'Hands-on' is the approach from the initial enquiry through to post-product deployment. You certainly wont miss Joey in a crowd with his high energy and charismatic outlook on life. He is guaranteed to leave a positive impression.....
Hayley has been apart of the team for 10 years! Known by her colleagues as the 'Glue' that holds us all together, Hayley keeps the team moving towards a positive outcome for the customer. Hayley has extensive knowledge around all products related to the company and the rest of the team look to Hayley for advice around everything KeyWatcher Australia!
Laurie is our Melbourne based service Technician. With 20 years of experience in the gaming sector servicing machines and working with customers to achieve best practice. Laurie has proven to be an asset to the KeyWatcher team, with his unparalleled passion for helping our customers and leaving them with a smile. Laurie is also the only member of our team that speaks Japanese.
